I am honored to be the principal at Head O’Meadow Elementary School. Head O’Meadow is a wonderful place to be!
This is my 22nd year in education. Prior to being at Head O’Meadow I taught third, first, sixth and fifth grade (in that order). For the past five years I was the assistant principal at Sandy Hook School. I love being with students in classrooms, at recess and lunch. This is the best way to learn about them and to build connections with students. In my free time I love spending time with my wife and two children. I also enjoy running, reading and participating in obstacle course races like Tough Mudder. I am always trying to learn new things. We have an amazing group of students, families and staff at Head O’Meadow. Everyone works together for the students. Our goal is for children to develop a love of learning and to learn how to work together with everyone around them. Being safe, responsible and kind is at the core of everything we do. Small acts of kindness can make everyone’s day brighter. I am excited to continue this learning journey with our students, staff and families! |
